Yes, you must be at least 25 years old to rent a Jeep.
We have only automatic transmission Jeeps available.

All sales are final. Once a reservation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We understand that circumstances may change, but due to the nature of our business model, we are unable to offer refunds. We encourage you to review your selections carefully before completing a transaction.

Rentals are available rain or shine. However, in the case of extreme weather conditions, we may offer to reschedule your rental.
Yes, you must provide proof of full coverage auto insurance. Upon booking with Big Bend Jeep, our confirmation/welcome email will include instructions for providing the declaration page of your personal auto insurance policy before your reservation begins. We also offer two different levels of optional supplemental insurance coverage for additional protection.
You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during your rental period. Your insurance or our supplemental insurance may cover the damages.
Yes! Our Jeeps are built for off-road adventures in Big Bend National Park and Big Bend Ranch State Park. However, please follow all park guidelines and stay on designated trails.

Yes, we provide trail recommendations and insider tips to help you get the most out of your Big Bend adventure. Please obtain maps from the following Big Bend National Park visitor centers: Panther Junction, Castolon, Rio Grande Village and Persimmon Gap as well as from the following Big Bend Ranch State Park visitor centers: Barton Warnock, Fort Leaton and Sauceda.

We love pets too, but NO PETS ALLOWED. To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, pets are NOT permitted in any Big Bend Jeep. If evidence of a pet is found during or immediatley after your reservation, a $100 fee will be charged to cover additional cleaning and maintenance. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy.
